1940-41 military honour medal for the Australian, Allied & Greek forces who fought in Epirus, Albania, Macedonia, Thrace & Crete against fascist German & Italian aggression. Issued to many Australians from the 6th division, 2nd A. F who fought in Greece against fascism. This medal also disputes the fake notion coming out of FYROM that Greece had no interest in Greek Macedonia and that this is only a current creation. Macedonia was and always will be in the fabric of Greek history and tradition.
