   WWII US Army 4th Air Force Enlisted Trench Coat. It has no size tag, but measures 17 inches shoulder to shoulder, 18 inches armpit to armpit, 24 inches shoulder to cuff and is 48 inches in overall length. It is missing one of the top buttons, but still in great condition. All our items come from estate sales, yard sales, flea markets or places that we have traveled. The overcoat features a hand sewn British made silk 8. Air Force patch on the left shoulder, mismatched Captain's rank on the epaulettes(1 Sterling 1 Meyer Shold R Form, both pin back), and clutch back US & Medical Officer's Insignia with flat clutches on the collar.
