It is mounted with an ancestral grooved KOTO blade that wears a cutting edge that measures 21 inches in length. The blade has survived in nice condition with only minor surface blemishes and continues to boast a lovely wavy temper line that extends to the tip on either side. It is mounted with a machine made blade that measures 30 1/2 inches in length which although is surface pitted, does remain healthy in its condition. The Sword wears a metal D-guard with a checkered wooden grip that has survived well and continues to wear good markings.
