Prepared by the Engineer Section of the 5th Army, this map was carried by combat infantry soldiers, tank crews, etc as they fought extensively in the Italian campaign having fought in some of the most well known WWII combat operations including Operations Husky, Operations Avalanche, and Operations Shingle. I absolutely love the broken in and worn look of these boots! They don't have that been there/done that look and they don't have that i just came out of the box! A good honest pair of boots.

ARMY TENT, 2 X HALF 1/2 (Pup Tent) SHELTER 1942 WWII the same factory. Soldier carried a half shelter (1/2). Two shelter would be joined up to form a tent. (talk powder as protective from the year on it) THERE ARE NO PEGS AND NO POLES WITH THE TENTS. I can find marking and numbers and the 2 x 1/2 the same factory. Light wear, patina to buttons. Interior is nice except the inside cuff linings have wear, shown in photos. Missing the 3 small buttons on the split at bottom, also shown in photos. Original WWII US Poster c 1940s. God help me if this is a dud! US government printing office 1942-0- 477498. There are a couple of scuffs, pictures, but don't take away from the overall affect. Colors are nice and bright. Believed to be adhered to backer board, but not sure. Have not removed from frame. Please assume that it is attached / glued down. Overall, excellent image, hard to find.
