I can find small rips (scrach) from the year, and little dirty. (I have put photos where you can see exactly what i mean). I can find marking and numbers on the 2 boots :WILEY BICKFORD SWEET CORP EX. I don't know for sure what the patches mean. The only information I have is that it came from a house in Southern California and the same it belonged was associated with the Philippines.
