Antique 1948 Wwii-era Russian Army 3nk Naval Officer Dirk Dagger Original Sheath
Today we are happy to offer for sale a rare 1940's Russian Naval Officer dirk/dagger with the original sheath! This authentic and all original dagger is intricately and expertly crafted and detailed. The piece is crafted with gilded brass fittings, with a black celluloid grip and leather fittings on the sheath. The pommel features the Soviet Armed Forces emblem.
Dagger presents very well and is in very good antique condition, with very minor display wear, tarnishing and patina commensurate with age. There is very light scuffing to leather on sheath. Dimensions (with sheath on): 13" in length, 3-1/8"in width, 3/4 in depth. Antique 1948 WWII-era Russian Army 3nk Naval Officer Dirk Dagger Original Sheath. The piece was manufactured by the ZiK (3nk) factory in the Urals in Russian and used by officers of the Russian Soviet Navy. The dagger is marked 3nk 1948 (year of manufacture) to obverse ricasso and accountability number N03793 to reverse. The sheath features an engraved sailboat on the upper brass fitting on the front side, and a Naval anchor on the reverse side. An interesting New England attic find that will make a wonderful addition to any fine collection of World War II and Soviet era military memorabilia.
