It is a size 40 regular, has some type of triangle ghost patch on the front, the cuffs have some damage and several stains on the front and back, but is still a great jacket. I also noticed a small break in the zipper at the top. All our items come from estate sales, yard sales, flea markets or places that we have traveled. All Japanese items come directly from Japan.
