Made by Seikosha of Tokyo Japan in the early 1940s for the Imperial Army, these were used in many WW2 aircraft including both the Army and the Navy. The Type 100 has a center seconds running hand. The dial is 2 inches across with Elapsed Time Red and Blue hands (bugs) and are set by rotating the bezel.
