  Australian Army WW2 Jungle O'R's Airtex Combat Shirt - Original 1944. Genuine and now rare Australian Army WW2 half button front other ranks airtex cotton combat shirt as used in the Pacific. Size appears to be large with around 44 inch chest. There is one small repair in the back and one epaulette is missing. (See photos) These shirts generally started life in khaki drill colour and were later dyed by the troops in the field. The item in the photo is the item you receive.    Widely issued pack in 1943 and 1944 before being replaced by the 1944 system. This pack was the same as the camo jungle pack of the previous year, but made in OD-7 canvas. Markings are excellent as seen. There are a few small holes/snags on the front and bottom thanks to post-war Boy Scouts use, but these could be repaired or backed.
