This is an original poster from the estate of Ruth Von Euw, originally from the personal collection of her father, Stephen Von Euw, who had been the editor of the Rockville (CT) Journal from the 1930s until his death in 1955. During World War II, Von Euw had made sure that every local serviceman and servicewomen received free copies of the newspaper wherever they were posted. This is an old item dated to the WWII period, as such, you should expect wear commensurate with age and use, as pictured.    WW2 US Army, USMC Field Jungle Hammock, 1944, Well Marked. This is in very good condition. We could not put it up properly due to lack of tree branches within reach but it looks good enough to display. It is a little dry but still folds and unfolds with ease. We see only one small hole in tenet that will be easy to repair. There is a spare piece of netting inside the pouch. The zipper works fine and we did not see any holes in the top or bottom. ARMY--= 10TH MNT FELT DOUBLE BUCKLE BOOTS ARTIC ISSUE 1941 - 1945 WWII. Military issue double buckle felt Arctic Issue BOOTS, WWII 10TH MNT, SIZE : LARGE. Very good condition and never used before. I can find small rips from the year, and little dirty. (I have put photos where you can see exactly what i mean).
