This is an unlined, non-reversible garment. Rare piece that was part of the M1943 layering combat uniform system - cut full enough to be worn over a liner, sweater, shirt or by itself as a shell. Very nice shape, chest pit to pit 22 inches.   

The outside there are zero defects. There is some defect on the inside liner. It is on the bottom front and sleeve possibly stain, dirt? Super heavy and extremely warm! It's my opinion that it's an oversized small.
