Original WWII US Army Air Force Pilot ID Bracelet Gilt Sterling 8 Named. Very nice original US Army item. Made in a 1/20 12K GF on STERLING, also marked STURDY. Features silver pilot wings on ID plate. Engraved on reverse: TO GEORGE FROM ROSA 12-25-'43. Was a Christmas gift to a USAAF pilot. Excellent condition and beautiful item. Original WWII US Army Transportation Corps "Red Ball Express" Patch. It appears to be theater-made, but where is unclear. A particularly rare piece, as many African American members burned their uniforms in disgust at the end of the war.
