Poster was unevenly torn in half horizontally about half way down and going through Uncle Sam's hand; tear has been professionally restored very well and there has been airbrushing over the tear that was in the white part of the poster; edge and corner wear, tears, creasing, crinkling, loss; some staining in the margins; some stain spots, most noticeable in the bottom left quarter of the poster; some toning/yellowing consistent with age; yellow spot that appears to be a print defect at the top left edge to the the left of "I".
