Original WWII Latvian Army 1938 Motorbike Licence Rifleman E. Interesting document for Latvian Private Edgars Killa, issued in August 1938. He was a member of the Tank Unit (Rare as Latvia did not have a large army). He was a driver of a Car and Motorcycle. Rare ID, with nice prewar Latvian Army uniform in wear.
