It was made in Switzerland by the Swiss watchmaking firm of Helvetia for the Germany Army. This watch has the lightly impressed'D 7497 H' contract serial number to the screw case back. The watch is manufactured from nickel silver, and Helvetia have utilised the Calibre 32A movement, which is nicely finished with Geneva Stripes.
