Original Wwii Army

Basically a wooden box with nothing in it except some small empty bottles of which one is broken. Box measures 23x13x5.5 Inches. Great addition to any Army Air Force equipment collection. Came from Shreveport LA, so probably surplus out of Barksdale AFB. Used surplus condition, dirty, needs a full restoration. One bale for the latch on the side is missing. WWII Era Army Air Force CRASH AXE. Size is shown in photos. A used item from WWII. Maker name is stamped on the metal (I cannot make it out clearly), and the rubber handles have numbers stamped on them also. Condition is well used and worn. Showing lots of wear, tear, dings, rust, some rubber loss, rubbing, scratches and heavy use. View all photos for condition.

Dated 1945, this map of Okinawa was used by B-29 Superfortresses and the mainland bombing of Japan following the capture of Okinawa (Operation Iceberg) in April 1945. Original 1940's WWII US Army Air Force Pilot's Type B-5 Leather Flying Helmet. Made a brown leather with metal hooks for the A-9 and A-10 oxygen mask, also has leather loops for the goggles. Inside is wool lined and has cloth tag mark type B5 DWG. 20790 also has tag marked Extra Large. Overall shows some light wear and age but looks unusually good for as old as it is. Size 36R The jacket have holes, tears and repairs. The zipper works good but it has 2inc tear from bottom. Both of the sleeves at the cuffs have a patch covering it, so the tear does not get bigger you can take it out so easy. The patch Leather is extremely worn and I don't know what it is?
