Army M-1944 "Ike" Jacket with Original Pile Liner. Offered is an original World War II U. Army M-1944 Ike Jacket, size 36R, complete with its removable pile field liner. The jacket is dated April 21, 1945 and retains its original wartime insignia. Original removable pile field liner included.
2nd Infantry Division "Indianhead" shoulder patch. Corporal rank insignia on sleeve. Original wartime construction and hardware. Genuine WWII uniform item, not a reproduction.

Condition: Good overall vintage condition for age. The jacket displays normal wear, storage wear, and light age-related use. There is one small tear/rip in the outer fabric on the front center of the jacket, clearly shown in photographs. The included pile liner remains present and functional; however, the tip/end of the right liner sleeve appears to have been torn or removed at some point. This damage is limited to the removable liner and does not affect the exterior jacket or its display appearance.

Some light stains throughout the liner as well as one on back shoulder. Please review all photographs carefully as they are part of the description.
