Original Wwii Us Army Air Force Enlisted Crusher Visor Cap By Flight Ace
This is an original WWII U. Army Air Forces enlisted man's visor cap in the desirable "crusher" style, manufactured by. This wartime issue piece features the classic soft crown construction, allowing it to be worn comfortably with headphones-ideal for aircrew. The cap retains its original wool/felt top and russet leather visor, chinstrap, and sweatband, with a prominent Army eagle insignia on the front.
The exterior wool top shows. And minor surface wear consistent with age and storage. Dry and brittle with visible cracking.
And one end is partially separated at the seam (as pictured). The inner satin lining is present but displays. A common issue with these caps due to the type of materials used.
