I can find marking and numbers on the 2 boots : B W FOOTWEAR CO INC DA-30-280 QM 11873 LARGE, white color, canvas and leather. Under is about : 13 inches or 34cm, and inside is about 12 inches or 30 cm. Shoelaces and buckles are fully intact.
