WWII US made BC1306 1944 dated radio. From the labels inside it looks like it was serviced again in 1945. The data plate has a field repair replacement on it. The radio doesn't have a cover.   

Army Radio Transmitter BC-AR-430 w/ C-381 Coil Set and FT-100 Mount. Made by Western Electric in Kearny, New Jersey. This unit has been sitting safely in storage for 75+ years and is a sought after collectors item. Additional photos available upon request.   

Nice used US army BC1000. 1945 dated on the inside. Date plate has worn down and is difficult to read. Radio and battery case are both US made not Post war French model.
