Original nice usable WWII German 10L Trinkwasser can. It is of the type which doesn't have markings on the lid, just the bottom marking - which is a bit too worn to really make out. It does show wear and age.
There is a decent amount of the original paint left, enough to use it as is. It would be good to replace the gasket as it is a bit tight and crumbling. See photos for size and condition. I know there should be a simpler way of doing this, but I haven't figured it out, so this is my best option at the moment.
