This original road map of Tokyo was printed on October 17th, 1945 by the Office of the Engineer Headquarters Eighth Army and is an incredible piece of World War II history and the surrender of the Japanese forces. The surrender was announced by Japanese Emperor Hirohito on August 15 and formally signed on September 2, 1945, bringing the hostilities of World War II to a close. This map would've been crucial for the navigation of the US and other military forces around the Tokyo area following the Japanese surrender.
