But it is a 1946 issue jacket, so this would have been issued after the end of the war most likely to occupation troops, or as a replacement jacket to a veteran. In the inside pocket there was an original field cap, collar discs, and a photograph of what is most likely the sergeant who was issued this gear. I cannot verify this, but all items were found in the pockets of this jacket, but no way to follow up, investigate orverify ownership further.
No holes, visible damage, stains ect. Fabric, including the lining is in excellent condition, and appears to have been very well taken care of.
