WWII Veteran Army Photographer's Original Album Page with notes and vintage pictures of Japanese Unconditional Surrender delegation in Manila Philippines 1945! This is from a US Army Photographer Veteran's photo album. He eventually resided in the Central Coast of California in Santa Maria. We do not know if he took any of these pictures, but his writing on the back of one picture states that he walked past at the time the picture was taken!
