Up for sale is an incredibly preserved piece of WWII history-an original German military medical first aid box (Verbandkasten). This is an authentic, untouched attic find discovered in an old house here in Courland (Latvia), right from the historic area where Army Group North made its final stand. The condition of this field gear item is truly exceptional. It retains its original field-grey (feldgrau) exterior paint with a clearly visible red cross and "Verbandkasten" stencil text.
