Original collection of 22 vintage WWII-era photographs taken by a U. Army serviceman between 1942 and 1946. The photographs are handwritten with dates and locations and document the soldier's wartime service from the United States through France and Germany. Douglas C-47 Skytrain transport aircraft. Daily military life and candid snapshots. These are original vintage photographs, not modern reproductions. Several retain handwritten captions identifying the location and approximate date, adding historical interest. Please review all photos carefully for condition and content.   

Original WW2 US Army Air Force Officer Tunic. Tunic Has great 9th Air Force British Made Patch and British made Airborne Troop Carrier Patch all cross stitched in yellow Thread. 1st Lt pin back bars on the shoulders. Clutchback WW2 Pilots Badge and Ribbon bar with Air Medal with 3 Clusters. PUC ribbon on right chest. Tunic has inside label Marked to a man who was crossed out and Steele's name written inside with a 44 date.
