There are 273 photos, including two colorized photos, one of a nice Harley Davidson RL or VL, a nice selection of RPPCs covering US Army Engineers in the field and gunnery operations. Photos of wildlife, such as sharks, alligators, snakes, and other wildlife can be seen in the album as well as a couple 11th Engineer basketball team photos. The last few pages have some gruesome Chinese capital punishment photos that show be-headings and hangings. Overall this is a very rare and nicely compiled photo alum for the US Army 11th Engineers. Condition of album is heavily worn and torn. Not all pages are full. Many contain notes of scenes and stamps. Photo album 15" in X 10.5" in. Photos approx 4 1 /2" X 3". I bring to your attention The Original Vintage Photo. Red Army Officers near river. The photo has inscriptions in Russian - the date and the city of Berlin, Spree near Reichstag. I bring to your attention some original very rare photographs taken in Berlin in the first weeks after the Battle of Berlin. The photo clearly shows the destruction that was brought about by the hostilities. These photos come from the archives of a Soviet officer who took part in the Battle of Berlin.
