The coat is the classic great coat cut with 8 button front, original buttons and gauntlet cuffs. Armpit to Armpit - 20.5. Length (top of collar) - 50. Waist, spare x length, spare. A slim 38 reg / slightly long. As 90% of them are! Very good, the coat has been through a war and then had some time in a theatre so there is a little bit of theatre writing in the lining but otherwise about the condition you would expect of a military coat, very good, but with some patina. ...

   Up for sale today is an Original Pair of WWII U. Army Mountain/Ski Boots, Type 4. These boots are marked 5 1/2 on the inside, but they are an actual size 8 1/2. I wear a size 9 boot, and these fit me perfectly with one pair of thick wool socks on. Troopers generally wore 2 pairs of wool socks. These boots measure exactly 12 inches long from toe to heel. They measure 4 1/4 inches at their widest point. These mountain/ski boots are still in excellent vintage condition.
