   Here's an original WW2 airborne invasion flag. It measures approximately 5.50 x 3.75 inches. There are a couple small holes in the armband that give it a nice patina. Here is more information that the dealer from whom I acquired this flag years ago shared with me. This flag measures 5 1/2" X 3 3/4" (13.9 X 9.6 cm). It was originally 6" X 4" but silk will shrink some with age. This flag was never applied to a jacket. I got several boxes of these and other identification flags and armbands in the late 1970's.
