The product is an original WWII U. Army Special Purpose rubberized/waterproof bag. This item holds significance as a tangible piece of history from the time of great conflict and significance in American military history. Bags has wear/marks from age/use/etc, as shown. Great as a collectible, but I would not use as a waterproof bag due to some wear.
