Original WW2 German Army M40 Combat Helmet. The M40 was the second model used during the war, it featured molded vent holes and a rolled edge. The helmet is in overall good original condition however, there is some pitting but the helmet is solid. Some original paint can also be seen to the exterior of the helmet.    Here we have a WW II US Army Combat Helmet With Liner. Front seam helmet with stainless rim as shown in picture ten. The strap eyes are welded on - shown in picture eleven. The liner has the khaki colored bands and leather chin strap. There is a small split in the bill area of the liner as shown in picture twelve.
