The kit is an original piece from the WWII era and is a great addition to any militaria or collectibles collection. The items are in good condition and represent a piece of history from the conflict. This is an original Imperial Japanese Army (IJA) Early Type 90 Helmet Cover in Large Size. This is an early-production example featuring several characteristics associated with the initial pattern. Original Imperial Japanese Army item. Early Type 90 helmet cover. Early-style thin yellow wool star insignia. Original star base sewn without penetrating the lining. Early pattern without the reinforcing drawcord sewn around the outer edge of the hem. This is a scarce early-production example with construction details rarely seen on later versions.    This is a Genuine, LARGE sized, WWII US 5 button henley wool sweater dated January 1945. This sweater was new, unissued when I obtained it 20+ years ago. There is Very little wear. These sweaters did not hold up well as they were 100% wool-no synthetic blends back then. As a result, they get "pulls" readily. This item has three small pulls that can be readily sewn. Please see pictures for details. This item has been in a climate controlled non smoking environment since I obtained this item over 20 years ago. The product is an original WWII US Army M1937 M37 Wool Combat Field Shirt for men in size Large, featuring a solid green color and a twill fabric made of wool. It has long sleeves, a collared neckline, a button closure, and an embroidered accent. The shirt is a vintage piece from the United States during World War II, with a regular fit and featuring pockets. Oversized to be worn over various layers of clothes. Has been cut open in the front and has a small hole. Please view photos for better idea of condition. First run Parka Field Pile Liner before it had the added neck zipper. A vintage brass Talon zipper is included for free if you wish to piece it back together as many surviving examples seem to have been tailored. Measurements are taken laying flat and approximate and as follows. Pit to pit: 29.5 inches. Shoulder to shoulder: 19.5 inches.
