Clean issue more likely set in surplus because it has no printed patches and basic. It does look used with a few little distressed markings and touchups. May even be good to take it to the cleaners before you wear it, but it is in great condition. Best recommendation is that you view pictures for condition and measurements. NOTICE : I can find down on the wool 12-15 small splits from the year (probably moth holes). It is not a big damage and for someone that knows it is possible to repair it. This is a very nice World War II U. Army Air Corps Distinguished Flying Cross in its titled black leatherette presentation case that is in excellent condition. The bronze planchet is with a smooth and even finish on both the obverse and reverse sides. It is suspended from its original ribbon, which is strong, solid and with vibrant color.
