SWISS MILITARY original Folding Candle Lantern with original swiss army canvas bag and one candle. The lantern is in perfect condition - stunning piece (see images). The Swiss Army issued a specific model of lantern to its soldiers after the 1950s. This lantern is made of stainless steel and mica glass. To light the candle inside, there is a small door with a spring mechanism that allows you to load and light it easily. One of the benefits of this lantern is that it can be folded flat, making it easy to store in the accompanying cotton storage case.
