This is an original poster from the estate of Ruth Von Euw, originally from the personal collection of her father, Stephen Von Euw, who had been the editor of the Rockville (CT) Journal from the 1930s until his death in 1955. During World War II, Von Euw had made sure that every local serviceman and servicewomen received free copies of the newspaper wherever they were posted. This is an old item dated to the WWII period, as such, you should expect wear commensurate with age and use, as pictured. There are roll and fold markings. There may be stains, wrinkles, minor nicks, rips at the edges, ...

   WWII Original Red Army Soviet ID Guards Political Commissar Medals Researched. Issued to Russian called Salinkov Vasilij Anton, born in 1904 he served as Guards Sergeant. Fought in the 60th Guards - Mortars. Medal for Bravery 5.1944. During the heavy battle, carried ammunition whilst moving on the belly to eh front line. Battle Merit Medal 2.1945. Brought Ammo to the Frontline during the battle at night. Once he found ammo on fire and put the fire out saving the ammo. He had the following other medals. Hard to find these nowadays and many collections do not even have one - Rare....

Original WWII US Army Air Corp Officers Uniform Jacket Felt AAC Patch. Name written on the tag but not sure enough to call in named. Chest pit to pit 19 inches.   

ORIGINAL WWII US ARMY M1943 M43 COMBAT FIELD JACKET. 40L fits like a 44R. NEAR MINT ORIGINAL UN0-USED CONDITION, SIZE 40L.   

In good shape, no damage or missing pieces.   

US Army, government issued, M-1945 field jacket. It has a full zipper closure, drawstring waist, shoulder epaulets and 4 front pockets. Measures: 23" underarm to underarm, 20" waist laid flat (40" around), 18" shoulder to shoulder, 24" sleeve from shoulder to cuff, and 30" overall length. In overall great condition with only minor spotting. The word, FEARS, is written in white on the back neck, under collar.
