   WWII US Army M-1944 "Ike" field jacket, dated December 16, 1944 and manufactured by Fulton Novelty Co. Philadelphia Quartermaster Depot, size 38S. This authentic wool OD jacket features a 3rd Infantry Division shoulder patch and infantry configuration with crossed rifles collar discs, Combat Infantryman Badge, and marksmanship badge with "Rifle" bar. The jacket is adorned with a ribbon bar and overseas service stripes, indicating active wartime service. Dated September 1944 in lower pocket, these were also used in the Korean war.. red handkerchief was found in the pocket labeled made in Korea. This jacket is still in excellent condition.

There is a grained texture and scuff marks typical of leather. There is a crack in the sole of the right foot. Considering their age, they are in very good condition.    WWII USAAF Staff Sergeant Service Coat (Medium Regular), contract dated May 31, 1944, by Jacob M. This named uniform features Aircrew wings above a full ribbon bar with campaign stars, U. Army Air Forces shoulder patch, China-Burma-India Theater patch, and Army Service Forces "Sunflower" patch, along with Staff Sergeant chevrons, overseas service bars, and service stripe. Oversized to be worn over various layers of clothes. Has been cut open in the front and has a small hole. Please view photos for better idea of condition. First run Parka Field Pile Liner before it had the added neck zipper. A vintage brass Talon zipper is included for free if you wish to piece it back together as many surviving examples seem to have been tailored. Measurements are taken laying flat and approximate and as follows. Pit to pit: 29.5 inches. Shoulder to shoulder: 19.5 inches.
