This is an exceptionally rare WWII Imperial Japanese Army winter helmet, used by tank crew members. Made of thick brown leather with fur lining, this helmet was designed to protect armored vehicle personnel from extreme cold during operations in Manchuria and Northern China. The inside features a well-preserved five-pointed star insignia, a symbol of the Imperial Army. Thank you for viewing this listing. This is an original pair of WWII-era Imperial Japanese Army riding boots, likely used by a non-commissioned officer (NCO). These boots were found in an old family estate in Japan. While they may resemble officer's boots, the presence of decorative sole studs suggests they were custom-fitted by a military shoemaker for a proud NCO, a common practice at the time. Note: As visible in the photos, the ankle areas are somewhat flattened, so they may not be suitable for wearing. In pre-war Japan, riding boots were a key part of cavalry and ceremonial uniforms. Post WWII Original Swiss Army Modell 1958 leather Medic / Paramedic Bag, Sanitätstasche 1958. Leather bag was made by the "Hans von Aesch" Saddlery which is based in Kosthofen, Canton Bern in 1966. Y-Strap was made in 1962 by the W. Nussbaumer Saddlery, based in Buchegg, Canton Solothurn. Leather is hard and stiff, stitching in good order, some use and wear, stains, scratches as shown.
