Original Wwii Army

   Original Imperial Japanese Army Type 5 Uniform Aomori 5th Infantry Regiment Officer. An original Imperial Japanese Army (IJA) Type 5 uniform set for an infantry officer. The uniform features the infantry branch collar insignia and the regimental number insignia "5" for the Aomori 5th Infantry Regiment. The regimental number insignia is originally attached / in its original placement, making this an interesting example for collectors interested in unit-specific Japanese military uniforms. The Second Lieutenant shoulder boards are later additions, not original to the uniform. ...

In excellent condition, nice patches, haven't seen name but has laundry code. Ptp 19 inches, back length 30 inches.   

ETO Engineer Special Brigade uniform. Size 36R Ike and the pants are not marked; the Ike has great chain stitching to the SSI and rank patches. I believe that the ribbon bar is theater made. There are 7 overseas bars on the sleeve. No name anywhere that I could find. The Ike has mothing; the pants do not.   

The jacket is dated 1941 and is a size 37XL, the pants have a 34" waist and a 35" inseam. The jacket retains none of it's buttons, and has a small stain on the lapel, it is also missing one of the waist belt hooks. The button up has some mothing and a period repair on the back of the left shoulder. The collar discs are screwback.   

   Offered is a complete vintage U. Army enlisted uniform set consisting of. Service coat (4-pocket, brass buttons). The uniform displays original insignia and period construction consistent with WWII-era U. The coat interior is marked with the name "Roy Nixon" along with service information (see photo). Researching the named soldier may enhance provenance. Even though it's faded, can clearly see. That construction and tag style are WWII era Quartermaster Corps, not modern repro. The 6th Infantry Division was. Served primarily in the Pacific Theater. Fought in New Guinea and Luzon ...
