The Ike Jacket has US Army Pacific and 6th Army patches, Engineer collar insignia, and ribbons. Ribbons include Good Conduct, WWII Victory, Philippines Campaign, and Asiatic-Pacific Campaign with 3 Stars. It is dated April 1945 and size 36S. It does have moth holes, which are pictured.
