Nice World War II Size 40 wool Jacket with patches. 2 Patches do have thread loss as seen in Pictures. No holes or tears in jacket. This a very (Clean) jacket! From a Smoke Free Home!   

World War II Decorated Wool Army Jacket With Patches, Pins, Buttons And Tie marked 37R. I don't see a name on it or a uniform label. I do have to take a lint brush to it. There are some moth holes to it. I tried to capture that in pictures. All of the buttons are present. There are WWII pins on it and one that is not pinned on it.
