Original vintage WWII ANC Army Nurse Corps women's OD green service hat. It is a size 22 1/2. Overall, good wearable condition but it does have a few minor issues. It does not have the cap eagle and there are small holes where it was. The brim has some slight wear. It was not stored properly, so there is a slight crease on the front. The inside sweatband has some staining. The Knox logo on the inside of the hat is almost completely worn off (you can still see it if you look close enough - last picture).
