There is a leg repair and button repairs. The waist measures 32 inches, the inseam is 31 inches long, the out seam is 42 inches long, the length of the rise is 13 inches long.   

Original WWII US Army M-1941 EM Khaki Trousers in Excellent Condition 35 " waist x 29" inseam. Really nice condition overall but does have a washed out quartermaster tag.    This listing is for an original WWII US Army officer's khaki worsted tropical uniform. The uniform has an original khaki cut-edge 100th Infantry Division patch on the shoulder. It is in used - but quite good - condition. The jacket has a couple of pinholes on the lapels from insignia, and one small spot of the under-collar is coming loose, but other than that, the jacket is nearly mint! WWII Army Officer's Hat. Great vintage condition still in the original box. Please look through photos to get a good idea of over all condition. It is labeled as a size 7 1/4 fits true to size. Inner Circumference: 58.5 cm. Outer Circumference: 63.5 cm. Brim Length: 5.5 cm.   

Shows minor wear and staining, most notably on the left shoulder. No major issues apart from that. Tag is gone but stamp states size 15 ½ x 34.
