This recent find is from the Estate of a Retired Military Colonel who served in WWII / Korea as a NAVAL AVIATOR and finished his career with NASA (MSFC) and then Rockwell. This is a listing for a LOT OF 2 items. S ARMY TYPE B-16 COMPASS + One COMPLETE NEW and unused SET of 12 WWII "Keep'Em Smiling" HUMOROUS ENVELOPES (4 each of 3 different styles).    This incredibly rare and museum-grade WWII Ninth U. Army "RESTRICTED - GERMAN DEFENSES" map was used during the infamous Operation Queen with the objective. Queen' was a US offensive by Lieutenant General Omar N. Army Group on the Rur (Roer in French and Dutch) River and Siegfried Line in western Germany as a staging point for a subsequent thrust over the river to the Rhine river and thus deeper into Germany (16 November/15 December 1944). Item has stains, especially in the front. Hardware has rusted and there are some small holes.   

Original WWII US Army An-J-3 Flight Jacket Ex Cond Size 42/44. Beautiful condition with original hem, cuffs and interior. Has a blood chit American flag sewn in the inside. Zipper in good working order. The tag is not correct, replaced with wrong flight jacket. Chest pit to pit 24 inches.   

Original WWII US Army Air Corp High Altitude Vest Sheepskin Pilot. Nice shape without holes or cracking. Chest pit to pit 21 inches.

I absolutely love the broken in and worn look of these boots! They don't have that been there/done that look and they don't have that i just came out of the box! A good honest pair of boots.   

Original WWII M43 Field Jacket Patched Army Air Corp. If it didn't have some discoloration on the lower front I would say it was in mint condition. Chest pit to pit 21 inches.   

Original WWII US Army Air Corp Shirt w/ Sterling Wings & English 8th div patch. Shirt itself has damage, as found, name under the collar but hard to read.
