Sized 38R, this authentic second-pattern Mackinaw features a durable olive drab cotton shell, wool blanket lining, and distinctive double-breasted front with large shawl collar and all original brown buttons. Full sheepskin lined even in sleeves. The condition is amazing considering this is original production from 1943.   

Pattern Mackinaw or Jeep Coat. Marked a size 38 R, but truthfully I wear a size 44 long and it fits me fine. No spec tag in pocket.
