Full sheepskin lined even in sleeves. The condition is amazing considering this is original production from 1943.   

Pattern Mackinaw or Jeep Coat. Marked a size 38 R, but truthfully I wear a size 44 long and it fits me fine. No spec tag in pocket.    Offered here is an original 1st pattern of the M38 Mackinaw "jeep" coat made by H. Under contract W669-QM 19279, date June 9, 1942. This is a New Old Stock example, still with cutter tags attached. First time I see one with cutter tags, and probably the last time. All parts are genuine to the jacket and comes complete with its belt, which is missing in most cases. Tiny moth nips on the wool collar, hardly noticeable, make sure to check pics. Also, included is a Clothing Issue Slip from 1946 that came inside the pocket issued to Emaneth Smith (unfortunately, no info about him). ...
