Me and my girlfriend were on the worlds longest yard sale in Alabama this year she found an old wooden jewelry box full of old costume jewelry she made a deal on all of it after we got home she found theese in the bottom under the felt bottom -lining I tried researching the veteran didnt find much not even sure if the dog tag goes with the ribbons?

It is highly decorated with unit patch, non-commissoner rank insignia, five overseas service bars. Metal US and medical corps insignias are attached to the collar.
