The overcoat features a hand sewn British made silk 8. Air Force patch on the left shoulder, mismatched Captain's rank on the epaulettes(1 Sterling 1 Meyer Shold R Form, both pin back), and clutch back US & Medical Officer's Insignia with flat clutches on the collar.
