   US Army WW 2 1st pattern Model 1938 jeep coat mackinaw size 40. Condition is Used old original coat. Measurements are sleeve outside 23 inch. Pit to pit 21 inch. Length from neck to hem 31 inch. This is the earlier 1 st pattern with the olive drab wool blanket lining. Still could be worn or displayed. Please note there are some moth nips in the wool. Couple small holes in canvas.    (J174) For sale here is a very nice US WW2 Army 1. The jacket is marked size 42L in the collar, and has a nice tag in the pocket that states that it was made by the Lebanon Shirt Co. The jacket has 13 star black metal buttons that are all present and show no finish loss or wear. The jacket appears to be unworn, but it does have some soiling/staining down the front that will likely was off, but I did not want to ruin the very nice tag in order to clean it.
