This jacked is named and the only problem that I see is the moth hole at the eppilet. This uniform has been named and researched to James Deane Harris. James fought in WWII in the pacific theater and served in china at the end of the war. He also had an "EAME" ribbon with 4 bronze battle stars that were most likely taken off by the previous owner. The photo of the paper has all of the fine details of Mr Harris that I could find.
