Army M-1943 Field Jacket, size 34R, dated April 17, 1944. Manufactured by Marshall Sportwear, Inc. Olive drab cotton poplin shell with interior instruction label. Features four front pockets, button cuffs, epaulets, and adjustable waist drawstring. Classic windproof design intended to be worn over a pile jacket. Shows light wear consistent with age-overall excellent condition for its era. A rare and collectible piece of original WWII military history.

This is a genuine World War II era U. Army Ike jacket in excellent vintage condition. The uniform features original insignia and patches including. 8th Air Force patch (right shoulder). Army Service Forces patch (left shoulder). Technical Sergeant rank chevrons on both sleeves. Honorable Discharge "Ruptured Duck" patch over right pocket. Service stripes on the lower sleeve. WWII campaign ribbon bar with multiple decorations. Size: Marked 37L (appears accurate based on cut). The wool is in very good shape with minimal moth wear, no tears or major stains. All buttons are intact and original....

Shows some wear but good solid condition. One small hole on one arm, fraying on the top on the collar and a thin area under the collar on the back. Has a painted "Artie" on the front breast, and spectacular full back painting. Zipper in good working order.   

United States military- World War Two combat uniform. WWII Model 1943 field jacket. Approximately a size 42 - 44. (the makers tags are missing - but the fit is a little too large for me, and I wear a size 42). See the photos for the measurements. The several inches along the inner seams on the lower sleeves have been re- hand stitched. One small Seam section along the side has been re- stitched. Distressing and wear across garment, especially on ends of sleeves and along and under the neck. Liner in very good condition. No major rips holes or tears. Please refer to measurements in pictures for fit.
