These ones are cutdown from a 16 inch used on 1903 Springfield rifles to a 10 inch Garand Bayonet. When the M1 Garand was introduced there was a shortage of the short 10 inch Bayonets and they decided to shorten the 16springfield ones. Original WWII women's WAC or army nurse service shoes. Size 11 1/2 A (the A is for narrow width). AS-IS condition with some flaws. The back of one shoe is more stretched out than the other. Some wear and tear near the tongue on one shoe. Some scuffs and general wear, but overall fair condition. They measure 11 1/2" long and 3 1/2" wide at the ball of the foot. German chevron stripe tress material. Material is slightly wavey, few short stips of deep sliver remain. Having said all that it is in decent condition and would look great sewn onto a chevron.
